THE BHARATIYA NAGARIK SURAKSHA SANHITA, BNSS 2023/59 Police to report apprehensions | அச்சங்களை தெரிவிக்க காவல்துறை

Officers in charge of police stations shall report to the District Magistrate, or, if he so directs, to the Sub-divisional Magistrate, the cases of all persons arrested without warrant, within the limits of their respective stations, whether such persons have been admitted to bail or otherwise

காவல் நிலைய பொறுப்பு அலுவலர்கள், மாவட்ட மாஜிஸ்திரேட்டிடம் அல்லது, அவர் உத்தரவிட்டால், துணைப்பிரிவு மாஜிஸ்திரேட்டிடம், அந்தந்த ஸ்டேஷன் எல்லைக்குள் வாரண்ட் இன்றி கைது செய்யப்பட்ட அனைத்து நபர்களின் வழக்குகளையும், ஜாமீன் அல்லது வேறு வகையில் அத்தகைய நபர்கள் அனுமதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனரா என்பதை தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
