33. Saving of control of Magistrate of district:-

Nothing in the last [four] preceding sections shall be deemed to interfere with the general control of the Magistrate of the district over the matters referred to therein.

COMMENTS
Nothing in sections 30, 30A, 31 and 32 can interfere with the general control of the Magistrate of the district over the matters referred to in these four sections.
