BNSS 2023/68/1 Where the person summoned is in the active service of the Government, the Court issuing the summons shall ordinarily send it in duplicate to the head of the office in which such person is employed; and such head shall thereupon cause the summons to be served in the manner provided by section 64, and shall return it to the Court under his signature with the endorsement required by that section

BNSS 2023/68/1 அழைக்கப்பட்ட நபர் அரசாங்கத்தின் செயலில் உள்ள சேவையில் இருந்தால், சம்மன்களை வழங்கும் நீதிமன்றம், அவர் பணிபுரியும் அலுவலகத்தின் தலைவருக்கு வழக்கமாக அதை நகல் அனுப்ப வேண்டும்; மேலும் அத்தகைய தலைவர், பிரிவு 64-ன் மூலம் வழங்கப்பட்ட முறையில் சம்மன் அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும். மற்றும் அந்த பிரிவின்படி தேவைப்படும் ஒப்புதலுடன் அவரது கையொப்பத்தின் கீழ் அதை நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு திருப்பி அனுப்ப வேண்டும்

BNSS 2023/68/2 Such signature shall be evidence of due service.

BNSS 2023/68/2 அத்தகைய கையொப்பம் உரிய சேவைக்கான சான்றாக இருக்கும்.
