JUDGMENT
1. Plaint in Short (Plaintiff’s Case)
The case of the plaintiff is that he purchased the suit property from one R and has been in possession. The defendant is interfering with his peaceful possession. Hence the plaintiff seeks permanent injunction.
2. Written Statement in Short (Defendant’s Case)
The defendant denied the title of the plaintiff. He contends that the property belongs to him by ancestral right. Therefore, plaintiff is not entitled for injunction.

5. Discussion / Findings on Issues
Issue No.1
PW1’s evidence and Ex.A1 sale deed establish that plaintiff purchased the property and is in possession. Defendant has not produced any valid document for title. Hence Issue No.1 is answered in favour of plaintiff.
Issue No.2
PW1’s oral evidence supported by Ex.A2 complaint shows that defendant attempted to interfere. Defendant denies it but has no evidence. Hence Issue No.2 is answered in favour of plaintiff.
Issue No.3
Since plaintiff proved possession and interference, he is entitled to injunction. Hence Issue No.3 is answered in favour of plaintiff.
Issue No.4 – Relief
In view of findings above, plaintiff is entitled for the relief prayed.
6. Final Order
Suit is decreed.
The defendant is hereby restrained from interfering with the plaintiff’s peaceful possession of the suit property.
No costs.
