On 10.10.2024 at 7.30 p.m, the accused voluntarily caused hurt to PW1 with a wooden log. Based on the complaint (Ex.P1), a case was registered under Section 324 IPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    PW1 is an injured witness and his testimony is natural and trustworthy.
    His evidence is corroborated by PW3 doctor and Ex.P2 wound certificate.
    The weapon (M.O.1) was recovered based on accused\u2019s disclosure.
    There is no material contradiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Hence prosecution has proved the case beyond reasonable doubt<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Both points are answered in favour of prosecution<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The accused is found guilty<\/strong> for the offence under Section 324 IPC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
